I love these wires. They work great and allows you to cut to your own length instead of pre-cut with the loop on the end. I just received my Blade Bargain Bonanza order (1 pound of spinner blades). I am amazed at the number of blades and different styles. Most blades are medium to large, perfect for larger fish and trolling gangs (pop gear) which I like to troll. Thank you for this sale...now I have to get to work on some custom trolls...look out, fish! These are the best overall Flat Lining Shallow Water Dodgers on the market, they always produce limits. We always get approached by other Fisherman asking how we are Catching all these Fish. It's nice to have a secret Weapon. Hard to find the Twist Tech wire bender anywhere, so I’m not sure if they even make it anymore. Broke this little piece trying to bend a thicker wire(stupid). So happy there was a replacement part. Google search brought me to this website! Saved my little garage business! I ordered the ‘Copper Head’ and ‘Dragon Scale’ for a trip we call ‘Kokapoluza’!
The Forming Die Kit is giving me more versatility in creating lures. The reward was a 36 inch Tiger Musky. I also had a day when I caught 8 very large Chain Pickerel a very Nice Large Mouth Bass and a large Perch with my lure just dangling in the water off the side of my boat. I’ve had very good results using the Cousin Carl Lake Trolls - Nickel/Silver Scale, 2CS (#72152)
These spinners are proven fish catchers. Quality construction means they are durable and hold up to the abuse of multiple catches, requiring minimal tuning for optimum performance. I highly recommend them to any serious salmon fisherman. 15 years ago my brother-in-law introduced me to the Cousin Carl Lake Trolls. Ever since, this is my go-to top water trolling rig. I trail a night crawler about 15" back. Over the years, I have caught twice as many fish as my fishing buddies. The cool thing is that they are making the switch and we are all catching a lot of fish. If these Lake Trolls are not catching fish, the fish aren't biting and it's time to come back another day.
To be honest because they were flashy and to rattle my friends! Both turned out to be the most productive gear for the week! I lead our group in most Kokanee boated three out of four days with the Copperhead!
Color. Trout have a hard time laying of this flasher when trolled with a worm.
